Lately.

Well not much going on lately. I had worked some overtime on a new commercial campaign for Spam. Kinda fun claymation that should be out this june. So anyway, I was able to take a friday off. Jessica and I spent the weekend taking everything out of our bedroom, paint the walls and tear out the carpet. We new we had hardwood floors under the carpet but had no idea how they were going to look. Well they were not bad. There is a dark stain in one part, but a rug can cover that until we are ready to redo the floors. But it was nice to do something on the house and made the room look really nice. Leah was irritated cause all the stuff in our room was shoved into hers. She had enough room to walk from the door to here bed, but barely. Ruth had to be patient while Jessica and I worked. She was pretty good and watched alot of cartoons. Mostly she stould by the gate at our bedroom door and whined. But she was a good girl. Leah has spring break next week and she is excited. We dont have any plans. We are all looking foreword to warmer weather so we can enjoy more time outside when it isnt 40 degrees and windy. Anyway, there you go.

Well Coraline came out this last weekend and did pretty well. Jessica and I were able to go to the world premiere here in Portland. They had a big tado with all the stars and all. It was alot of fun. The movie made 16.3 million dollars on its opening weekend. Not as much as a Pixar movie, but good for our first. Just thought I would throw up a picture of some of the swag we got from the film.

Family Photo

We got ready for church sunday night and then found out that church was cancelled and they had a super bowl party at another place. So I made everyone in their church come outside for a family photo.

Garage Photos

Set up some lights in the garage and took some goofy pictures of the girls. There are some cute ones too.

Rosie

Thought we should put up some updated pictures of Rosie. We have to take her in and have surgery on her eyes. She was born with too much skin on her eyelids and the lashes are tucked inside againsts the eyeballs. She didnt grow into them as we had hoped. But the doctor says it is an easy procedure.

Leah and Me in Makeup

Leah thought it would be fun if her and I did each others makeup. Both results are scary but for different reasons. A hairy guy with makeup doesnt work for obvious reasons, and my cute little almost eight year old looks far to mature with that stuff on her little face.
